To perform this technique, which addresses hair loss, everything begins with shaving the nape. Once shaved, the operating doctor and technicians remove follicular units (grafts) using suitable tools \u2014 specifically forceps and a "punch" of 0.7 mm diameter. The team then replants the follicular units, ensuring they are tightly packed and respecting the natural redistribution of the scalp. This technique leaves the shaved nape visible; you then wait several months to see the first results.
